SJ Lighting has been providing lamps for Lighting Agents since 2006 and experiencing considerable success. We know you have options when lamps can be provided by the lighting agent. Using SJ Lighting allows the agent to have another source of service and an extension of revenue to your already secured fixture business. How are we able to do this?
- We offer unbeatable customer service to the Agents and their support staff: Any lamp provider can take an order, but it's their manner and methods in which they use to rectify issues or problem situations that completes the job and secures relationships. Our belief is that this is a partnership and your satisfied customer is our repeat business.
- We offer a "Hassle-Free' lamp line: Use us when you need us. We do not have expectations of projected volume, reports to draft or demand additional time to forecast business.
- We offer the Lighting Agent 3rd Party Billing: We allow the Lighting Agent flexibility in cases where lamps can be the product to bill their customer additional revenue from earned fixture business. We take the responsibility in invoicing the Agent's customer, collecting the balance and paying the Agents' commission.
